Job description

Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position supports the Enterprise Portfolio Reporting capability within the Enterprise Portfolio & Change Office (EPCO), serving as a key contributor to the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise portfolio reporting. The role is responsible for executing the enterprise portfolio reporting strategy, supporting the operational delivery of executive portfolio reporting, and advancing reporting capabilities that enable effective portfolio governance and decision-making.

This individual supports the administration and ongoing enhancement of the EPCO Power BI reporting environment, including the consolidation of data from multiple portfolio management systems into standardized reporting solutions. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the enterprise, the role develops reporting solutions and actionable insights that support informed decision-making.


Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analytics – Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, recurring portfolio reports, and self-service reporting solutions that support the enterprise project portfolio. Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex information into actionable insights for leadership
  • Power BI Administration – Administer and maintain the EPCO Power BI reporting environment, including report publishing, workspace management, data refresh monitoring, and user access. Support the integration and validation of data from multiple portfolio management tools to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Reporting Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline reporting processes, improving reporting efficiency, data quality, and overall reporting maturity. Develop and maintain reporting documentation and operating procedures to support a sustainable reporting capability
  • Stakeholder Partnership – Collaborate with project teams, business partners, and technology teams as needed to define reporting requirements and resolve data issues. Support executive governance forums by preparing reporting materials and responding to ad hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, or modeling, or reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Analytics, or modeling, or reporting
  • Proficient in Power BI, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferrred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise portfolio management, PMO, governance, or strategic planning functions
  • Experience designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Experience with Clarity PPM or similar Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership
  • Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies
  • Experience within a large financial services or other highly regulated organization
