Portfolio Reporting Specialist I
Overview

In this role, you'll ensure the integrity and efficiency of our investment data, systems, and reporting processes. You'll collaborate across departments to deliver business solutions that drive informed financial decisions and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do
  • Generate and distribute investment management reports using accounting and analytical platforms to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reconcile data between accounting and analytical systems to support leadership inquiries and ensure consistency.
  • Respond to regulatory and internal data requests using investment management tools and platforms.
  • Maintain and document internal controls to ensure compliance with the Model Audit Rule (MAR).
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs by transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Calculate and validate investment portfolio returns for performance reporting.
  • Input and manage investment data including security setups, transactions, market data, and NAIC ratings.
  • Assist with daily trade settlements through custodial bank portals.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and contribute to special projects as needed.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in investment portfolio reporting is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; experience with report writing tools is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of financial systems and data management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
  • Limited travel may be required.
