Role: BI Reporting Analyst
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3/2)
Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview
We are seeking a BI Reporting Analyst to support reporting environment. This role focuses on Power BI dashboards and SQL troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights to IT and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Power BI reports (up to 55 reports simultaneously).
  • Use SQL queries (inner joins, outer joins) to identify and isolate data issues directly in the database.
  • Distinguish between report logic errors and database data errors.
  • Provide IT with precise SQL statements highlighting where issues occur, rather than bulk data dumps.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve allocation discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (report creation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue identification.
