Location:         Waterloo, IA 50701
Duration:         12 Months
Shift:                1st Shift

Job Summary

Supports supply chain operations by managing supplier coordination, inventory tracking, and demand planning. Acts as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, particularly for casting and drivetrain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate movement of raw castings between foundry and suppliers
  • Act as primary liaison with external machined casting suppliers
  • Analyze daily inventory reports and share insights
  • Develop demand forecasts and past-due order reports
  • Support supplier performance tracking and improvement initiatives
  • Assist with sourcing activities, cost analysis, and spend analysis
  • Resolve supplier and internal queries related to supply chain processes

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute supply chain planning activities within defined systems
  • Perform data analysis using standard tools and methods
  • Support supplier management and performance evaluation
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement
