Job description

Customer Success ManagerOwn the Customer. Drive the Business.

At Vogt RV World, we believe the sale is only the beginning.

Our Customer Success Manager is one of the most important positions in our company because they own the customer relationship after delivery. Their mission is simple:

Create customers for life.

This isn't a traditional customer service position.

This is a relationship-building, revenue-driving role that connects customers with the people, products, and services that make RV ownership exceptional. If you love building relationships, solving problems, and helping people while growing a business, this may be the perfect career.

What You'll Do

As the Customer Success Manager, you become the trusted advisor for every customer after they purchase their RV.

You'll guide customers through their ownership journey while helping them get the most from their investment.

You'll Be Responsible For
  • Welcoming every new owner into the Vogt VIP ownership experience.
  • Introducing customers to our Express Service and VIP Membership programs.
  • Coordinating 45-Day, Maintenance 1, Maintenance 2, annual maintenance, and seasonal service appointments.
  • Proactively contacting customers-not waiting for the phone to ring.
  • Recommending maintenance, upgrades, accessories, and Adventure Supply Co. products that improve the ownership experience.
  • Building lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Service, Parts, Warranty, and Finance to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
  • Owning customer concerns from start to finish and making things right.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction while generating additional service and accessory revenue.
What Success Looks Like

You're not measured by how many phone calls you answer.

You're measured by the value you create.

Success means:

  • Customers return to Vogt for every service need.
  • Customers trust your recommendations.
  • Maintenance appointments stay full.
  • Accessory and upgrade sales continue to grow.
  • Customers leave positive reviews.
  • Customers refer their family and friends.
  • Customers purchase their next RV from Vogt.

If customers love doing business with Vogt because of you, you're winning.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who naturally builds relationships and enjoys helping people.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Professional
  • Outgoing and confident
  • Comfortable recommending products and services that genuinely help customers
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience
  • Driven by results, not simply completing tasks
  • Able to communicate with confidence and empathy
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments while keeping customers informed

RV experience is helpful, but relationship-building, communication skills, and a passion for serving customers are even more important.

Sales and/or marketing experience is required to be successful.

Performance Metrics

This position directly impacts dealership growth and will be evaluated on measurable business results, including:

  • Customer retention
  • Repeat service visits
  • Service gross profit generated
  • Maintenance program completion rates
  • VIP appointment completion
  • Accessory and Adventure Supply Co. sales
  • Customer referrals
  • Google reviews
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Repeat RV purchases
Why Vogt RV World?

We don't believe in simply selling RVs.

We help families create memories that last a lifetime.

At Vogt, you'll work with a team committed to professionalism, continuous improvement, and doing what's right for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers, our culture, and the future growth of our company.

If you're looking for a career where you can build relationships, drive business, and truly own your results, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation: $25 per hour plus unlimited commission.

Own the customer. Build relationships. Drive growth. Create customers for life.
