As an authorized credit reseller, Nowcom provides dealerships access to all three major credit bureaus. DealerCenter.net is utilized by over 19,000 dealerships across the United States.
Additionally, as a part of the Hankey Group of Companies, Nowcom provides infrastructure support, custom software development, and call center services to its seven sister companies. Along with the other companies in the organization, Nowcom has experienced 20% growth YoY over the last decade. The Hankey Group employs over 2,800 people and has assets exceeding $8.9 billion. Nowcom is ideally located near the heart of the city next to the Miracle Mile district along Wilshire Blvd. South of Hollywood and in between Downtown and Santa Monica, nothing in Los Angeles seems to be too far from Nowcom's headquarters near Wilshire Blvd and Highland Ave.

Position Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for all new accounts and execute on focused sales strategies that engage the customer and sustain ongoing usage. The Account Executive is an inside sales role in which the ideal candidate can grow and develop their portfolio by possessing excellent communication skills that present a pleasant experience for the customer over the phone and email.
Responsibilities
  • The primary focus of this role is to prospect, call, & sell CarZing products to dealerships
  • Maintain relationships with active accounts to provide premium support and account retention quotes.
  • Facilitate customer feedback to management to provide insight and continuous improvement of the product.
  • Act as a consultant when providing various solutions including products from strategic partners.
  • Work out of a CRM to manage the portfolio and discover opportunities for sales.
  • Maintain a well-organized work queue in CRM that guides you through a successful day.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 3+ years of high-volume sales experience
  • Spanish Speaking
  • The primary focus of this role is to maximize subscription revenue through selling new subscriptions while maintaining efficient & detailed dealer account management for all active accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with active accounts to provide premium support and account retention quotes.
  • Facilitate customer feedback to management to provide insight and continuous improvement of the product.
  • Act as a consultant when providing various solutions including products from strategic partners.
  • Work out of a CRM to manage the portfolio and discover opportunities for sales.
  • Maintain a well-organized work queue in CRM that guides you through a successful day.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with direct B2B phone sales of software or technology solutions
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated employment stability
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM, Salesforce, and Excel
