Overview:
Paramount Global Content Distribution leads the worldwide distribution of the company's content across Television and Transactional media - spanning Free TV, FVOD, FAST, Pay TV, SVOD, Basic Cable, Pay-per-view, Video-on-demand, and Electronic sell-through.
We are looking for a Director of Deal Management to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital deal management team. Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Deal Management, this role is central to supporting the avails process and maintaining accurate license and pricing records across company databases for Pay Per View, transactional video on demand, and electronic sell-through for all of GCD's transactional customers worldwide.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Leads and develops the digital deal management team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
  • Partners with the SVP on system enhancement initiatives
  • Drives onboarding of all new deals and licensees including creation of contract level pricing templates, testing and offer creation
  • Owns day-to-day Content & Value Management (CVM) pricing activities for all GCD's transactional customers worldwide for all Paramount Skydance brands (including standard offers, bundles, volumes, language/territory specific edit versions and reprices)
  • Maintains and verifies digital product data in CVM, including but not limited to release dates, pricing tiers, and categories for new content offers averaging 250 TV seasons a year
  • Creates, loads, and maintains license rights descriptions, legacy SKUs and DAB Air Order information in CVM for avail exports
  • Manually creates EMA (Entertainment Merchants Association) format avails, as needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media
  • Solid software application skills
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee large data sets

  • Experience in home entertainment a plus
  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,000.00 - 140,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
