The Steven Lewis Group brokered by eXp Realty is looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our growing team! We are primarily located in Hudson County, NJ along New Jersey's Gold Coast. If you are looking to build a career in Real Estate, or looking to take your existing career to the next level, there is no better place to start than the #1 Fastest Growing Real Estate Brokerage in the country.   • Network and prospect using eXp's proven systems and models
  • List and sell residential real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a real estate license or have passed the NJ real estate licensing exam

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License
