Experience & Growth: We have been in business for 28 years and now have locations across NJ, PA, DE, FL, and VA. We are a growing company offering exciting career opportunities and growth. We are expanding with both corporate-owned locations and franchised stores.

Manager Information & Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):
  • Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
  • No close / open shifts for our managers.
  • Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period.
  • Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
  • Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
  • Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
  • Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.
  • Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • Ensure equity and equality for all.
  • Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
  • Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for our guests from start to finish.
Qualifications:
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team

Schedule:
  • Day shifts only
  • Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
