Position Overview:



IT HRIS Analyst is responsible for the technical support, administration, and optimization of the Dayforce HCM platform and related HR systems. This role partners with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, configure system enhancements, support integrations, maintain data integrity, and ensure reliable HR technology operations.




Required Skills:



  • 5+ years supporting an enterprise HRIS, preferably Dayforce.
  • Experience with Dayforce configuration and administration.
  • Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues and supporting end users.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Benefits processes.
  • Experience with HRIS integrations (API, SFTP, or middleware).
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills



Preferred:



  • Dayforce implementation or upgrade experience.
  • Experience with Power BI or reporting tools.
  • ITIL or ServiceNow experience.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical support and administration for Dayforce HCM.
  • Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues.
  • Configure system changes, workflows, security, and business rules.
  • Support Dayforce releases, testing, and production deployments.
  • Monitor and support HRIS integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, vendors, and IT teams to deliver system improvements.



Location: Parsippany, NJ ( Onsite (as per business requirements))– North America



Education: Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
