About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our global HR team with deep expertise in Dayforce, benefits configuration, onboarding, and system integrations. You will primarily own the front half of the hiring process, serving as the dedicated HRIS partner for benefits administration, candidate onboarding, and ATS-to-HRIS integrations. Partnering closely with HR, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Payroll, you will bring optimization thinking to systems that need it, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and communicate findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners at the right level. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Dayforce system admin experience, familiarity with custom XML forms and workflows, and a working knowledge of APIs and integrations. The ideal candidate takes ownership, works independently, and is committed to making HR technology more efficient every day. You will also maintain compliance documentation and controls to meet audit requirements.
 
Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.  Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX, Tampa, FL, or candidates located in an approved Eastern time zone state. 
 
What You’ll be Doing
HRIS Configuration, Optimization & Reporting 
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules with a strong focus on Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Workflow
  • Design and maintain custom XML forms, workflows, validations, and approval processes
  • Identify system gaps and develop scalable solutions with a focus on benefits module optimization and long-term system efficiency
  • Manage security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data protection
  • Design, build, and deliver standard and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards across Dayforce, Excel, and Power BI, translating complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Onboarding, Hiring & Recruiting Support 
  • Own the front half of the hiring process from candidate application through new hire setup
  • Lead the Greenhouse-Dayforce integration implementation in partnership with TA Ops
  • Partner with Recruiting and HR to streamline applicant tracking, offer, and onboarding workflows
Integrations & Technical Support 
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
  • Support integrations between Dayforce and third-party systems including ATS, benefits carriers, and payroll vendors
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements
Compliance & Documentation 
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, controls, and audit evidence to meet compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security standards
Project & Process Improvement 
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, and Recruiting workflows
  • Participate in HRIS projects from planning through implementation, testing, and post-go-live support
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to improve adoption and system utilization
Partnership & Support 
  • Serve as the dedicated HRIS partner for Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, HR, and IT
  • Communicate system updates, findings, and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners at the appropriate level
  • Additional duties as assigned
 
About You
  • 5+ years of HRIS system administration experience within a global company, with hands-on Dayforce expertise in Benefits, Payroll, and Onboarding modules required
  • Deep knowledge of benefits configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, carrier integrations, and proven experience remediating and optimizing benefits modules
  • Proven experience with custom XML forms, workflow design, and system configurations within Dayforce
  • Working knowledge of integrations including APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping; experience participating in integration implementations required
  • ATS experience required; Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with OKTA/SSO, NetSuite, SFDC, and Power BI; proficiency in Jira required, SQL a plus
  • Experience maintaining compliance documentation and audit controls
  • Ability to take complex system and technical findings and communicate them clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners at the right level of detail

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
 
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
