Reporting to the Product Data Team Leader, the SAP Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the SAP MM module database .. To create part numbers for new components, finished products, and marketing materials. The SAP VC module. Participate in website maintenance


Primary responsibilities


  • Answer internal requests via a ticketing system daily
  • Close collaboration with project managers, product managers, supply chain, planners, customer service and technical service. All of whom use the database for their work.
  • Actively participate in new product launches form various perspectives. Create the VC for quotes and customer orders. To create the Bill of Material (BOM). Ensure that each department is notified and completes its tasks before a launch.
  • Included in a ticketing system for website maintenance.Modification/Correction.Contributes to the continuous improvement of the website.
  • Responsible for displaying factory drawings according to workstation. Direct support to production employee.
  • Miscellaneous maintenance. MM module, VC module, Website.



Professional skills/Qualifications


Minimum level of education and/or specialization:

  • College/Pre-University degree (CEGEP in Quebec)


Minimum relevant experience required:

  • 1 to 3 years
