Job description

TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) administrateur(trice) de bases de donnees Oracle senior (DBA) ayant une solide experience en administration d'environnements Oracle critiques. La personne retenue interviendra dans le cadre d'un mandat de surveillance, d'administration et d'optimisation de bases de donnees Oracle utilisees dans un environnement technologique critique. Le role inclut egalement une participation a un service d'astreinte en rotation afin d'assurer la continuite des services et la disponibilite des systemes.

Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Assurer l'administration et la surveillance d'environnements Oracle Database Enterprise Edition (19c ou superieur);
  • Surveiller les bases de donnees a l'aide d'outils tels que Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM);
  • Analyser les alertes diagnostiques et assurer la resolution des incidents;
  • Effectuer la gestion proactive des tablespaces et de l'espace disque;
  • Assurer la supervision et la validation des sauvegardes RMAN;
  • Intervenir lors d'incidents et effectuer la restauration et recuperation de bases de donnees lorsque necessaire;
  • Analyser et optimiser la performance des bases de donnees Oracle;
  • Participer a l'installation, la configuration et la mise a niveau des environnements Oracle;
  • Appliquer les correctifs de securite et les mises a jour necessaires;
  • Produire la documentation technique et les rapports d'intervention;
  • Participer a des tests de reprise apres sinistre (disaster recovery);
  • Collaborer avec les equipes techniques et les clients pour assurer la stabilite des environnements.

Requirements

  • Detenir un baccalaureat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe ou une experience equivalente;
  • Posseder la certification Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) ou equivalent;
  • Posseder au moins 7 ans d'experience en administration de bases de donnees Oracle;
  • Bonne maitrise des environnements Oracle 19c ou versions ulterieures;
  • Experience avec les architectures multitenant (CDB / PDB);
  • Bonne connaissance des outils Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, Oracle Diagnostics Pack et Oracle Tuning Pack;
  • Experience avec les environnements AWS ou cloud (atout);
  • Experience dans des environnements critiques ou hautement reglementes (atout);
  • Capacite a participer a un service d'astreinte 24/7 en rotation;
  • Excellente capacite d'analyse et de resolution de problemes;
  • Bonne capacite de communication en francais et/ou en anglais.
