You must be authorized to work in Canada to apply. The advantages of being an indispensable Builder: 40 hours of work per week Work 1 weekend out of 2 as needed Annual bonus A group RRSP with employer contribution Group insurance including telemedicine An employee assistance program for you and your family Meals are available on site to simplify your days. Your Indispensable Role: Under the supervision of the general management, you will play a key role in the organization and management of the residence's activities. To plan, organize and host social activities such as bingo, parties, concerts and other events, to create a stimulating and pleasant atmosphere for residents. Prepare and publish the monthly calendar of activities, taking registrations and managing the funds collected. Collaborating with suppliers, negotiating prices and optimizing the resources allocated to the animation service. Supervise volunteers, both internally and externally, to ensure the smooth running of activities. Coordinate with other services, such as the concierge, for room organization, decoration and small installations. Managing the Facebook page, communicating with TV Tour, and producing posters to promote activities. Desired profile: DEC in special education or equivalent diploma. 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar position.
