Job description: Customer Service Manager Receiving and routing telephone calls Welcoming residents and visitors Receiving and sorting the mail To provide clerical support to the entire team by performing various administrative tasks. Use word processing software, spreadsheets, and database software to produce reports and documents Entering information into the computer (e.g., registrations for activities at the residence) Required skills: Strong listening and communication skills (warm personality) Ability to manage priorities (organized and structured). Excellent ability to write and communicate in French Customer-oriented and able to work in a team Sense of organization Maintain confidentiality Job requirements: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) DEP in office automation an asset Customer service experience and experience in the job market Working conditions: Daytime hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mainly on weekends and also to cover for public holidays.
