Job description

Overview

The PepsiCo Social Impact team is seeking a Systems, Data, & AI Lead to transform how the function manages data, systems, reporting, and insights across its global Social Impact work. This role will lead the development of a scalable, integrated, and AI-enabled data ecosystem that improves decision-making, reduces manual work, strengthens accountability, and enables more effective storytelling around PepsiCo’s global social impact.

The role will be responsible for advancing the systems roadmap, strengthening standard reporting, improving data governance, and identifying opportunities to embed AI and automation into everyday work.

This role will partner closely with Foundation leadership, Social Impact teams, IT, Finance, market teams, and external vendors to create a more connected, efficient, and insight-driven operating model.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for data, systems, reporting, and AI capabilities.
  • Lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and automate data collection and reporting across global Social Impact programs.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to design an integrated data ecosystem across Foundation systems, dashboards, financial data, impact data, employee engagement data, and partner/program data.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of the Global Social Impact Dashboard and related data portals.
  • Lead the assessment and optimization of grantmaking systems, including current-state analysis, future-state requirements, reporting needs, integration opportunities, and vendor/system strategy.
  • Build standard reporting that provides leadership and program owners with consistent visibility into investment, impact, operations, employee engagement, and risk.
  • Establish data governance standards, data ownership, data quality expectations, reporting calendars, and validation processes.
  • Identify and implement practical AI use cases across reporting, grantmaking, operations, data quality, impact measurement, employee engagement, and storytelling.
  • Develop executive-ready insights that connect investment, activity, outcomes, reputation, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve system adoption, reporting discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support audit readiness, access management, documentation, and control-related reporting for Foundation systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

  • Experience identifying opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience through technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated interest in and practical application of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, evaluations, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise business applications, cloud-based systems, reporting platforms, workflow automation tools, and data management solutions.
  • Experience with business intelligence, data visualization, process automation, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, SQL-based platforms, cloud analytics platforms, or similar technologies).
  • Experience within philanthropy, nonprofit, grants management, foundation operations, CSR, social impact, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Project management, change management, or technology adoption experience.
