Job description

Position: Data Privacy
Location: Washington DC
Position Type: Fulltime
The Specialist will lead the development, configuration, and optimization of OneTrust modules to support the organization's privacy, compliance, and risk programs. This role requires hands-on technical expertise across all OneTrust modules and the ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into functional platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and enhance multiple OneTrust modules (e.g., Privacy Management, Data Mapping, Consent, DPIA, Vendor Risk, Incident Management).
Develop workflows, automation, integrations, assessments, and templates within OneTrust.
Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Legal, and IT teams to implement and operationalize governance workflows.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform platform testing, and manage ongoing improvements.
Create documentation and provide functional support to end users.
Skills & Qualifications:
OneTrust Certified Professional with hands-on development experience across multiple modules.
Strong understanding of privacy frameworks (GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, ISO 27701).
Experience with system configuration, API integrations, and workflow automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
