About the Data Excellence & Privacy Practice
The ANA Data Excellence Practice provides marketers and data practitioners with the leadership, resources and peer community to become better customer-centric data-driven marketers with a focus on increasing growth while ensuring consumer privacy. The practice is one of eight business units at ANA which drive the marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • Co-manage virtual and live Data Excellence committees (each meeting on a quarterly basis) in concert with senior staff.
    • Research, identify and invite subject matter experts to speak on relevant topics of committee interest
    • Execute a portfolio of special projects guided by senior staff such as the distribution of research reports
    • Act as logistical liaison on monthly conference calls and webinars
  • Provide support in managing 4-6 members-only conferences a year. Members-only conferences are typically hosted at ANA member companies in various locations. Attendance at members-only conferences ranges from 100-200 individuals.
    • Populate, modify and contribute to the prospective speaker database, and send invitations to populate conferences with subject matter experts
    • Provide logistical support as needed including venue management with host partner, catering, badges, audio visual requirements, etc.
  • Support the programming, marketing and logistics of an ANA national industry conference in the Data Excellence space.
  • Manage and execute the practice's monthly webinar series, identifying and/or liaising with webinar teaching experts inclusive of scheduling and managing Adobe Rooms process; with stakeholders, explore repurposing of webinars for distribution to broader ANA membership.
  • Assist in the logistics of industry leadership initiatives and awards programs. Guided by the senior staff, this position would have responsibility for marketing and managing entries and event logistics.
  • Provide overall administrative support for a senior team of four, reporting to the Executive Vice President.
  • Serve as key point of content for uploading, managing and tagging, internal program and content information ecosystems.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-3 years of data driven marketing experience via agency, client-side marketing or other relevant prior work and/or internship experience
  • Experience at a digital agency, analytics agency, data provider and/or media company would be an added plus
  • Working knowledge (or willingness to learn about) topical areas, e.g., measurement, media, digital and data-driven marketing
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. (approximately 10-15% of the time)

Salary and Total Rewards Package
Starting pay range: $50,000 to $55,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
