Job description

Salary Range: $70,310 - $80,000

Essential Job Functions:

Planning and managing the deployment of the new VECTR SharePoint (SP) site.

Architecting the VECTR SP site to protect PII

Architecting the VECTR SP site to provide flexibility

Architecting the VECTR SP site to provide for growth

Architecting the VECTR SP site for collecting meaningful metrics

Assist in developing SP site management procedures.

Providing Data Management (DM) to the VECTR IPT team.

Setting up Azure DevOps as the data management tracking tool.

Transferring documents and data to the Azure DevOps environment.

Configuring project-level settings, security groups, and policies as an Azure DevOps Administrator.

Execute configuration and data management functions for the VECTR’s configuration and data items: receipt, control, compliance, tracking, distribution, and interfacing with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Document repository with permissions access control, archiving, and searchable with metadata on Azure DevOps and SharePoint at various classification levels.

Status monitoring, by direction: track submittals and timelines for submission / review / acceptance; attend change control board.

Using Azure DevOps and other tools to help plan, schedule, collect.

Maintains Document Data and tracks requirements.

Identify and manage technical data throughout the lifecycle of a Software Configuration Set (SCS).

Manage Azure DevOps and coordinate Development Change Review Board for disposition of anomalies and document changes

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High school diploma plus 8 years of related experience. Associate degree plus 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree.

Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance for duration of employment.

Must communicate effectively in person and in writing.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Effectively communicate (oral and written) with tact and professionalism.

Ability to perform, manage, and prioritize multiple related tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

Experience with Azure DevOps

Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills:

Familiarization with Agile.

Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline
