Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Configuration Data Management to join our team in Palm Bay, Florida. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all the important product data and technical documentation for our program. You'll make sure information is properly identified, collected, prepared, controlled, shared, and archived so the right people get what they need when they need it.
If you're highly organized and have experience entering data into systems accurately, you can do this job. You don't need a configuration management background to be successful here. Whether you've worked in data entry, document control, administrative support, or any role where attention to detail and organization were critical, those skills translate directly to this position. You'll be supporting engineering and program management teams with their data and documentation needs, coordinating deliverables, and keeping everything running smoothly. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things organized, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy, this role is a great fit. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
Essential Functions:
(1) CDRL/SDRL Management – Ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer on time, complies with Contract Statements of Work, requirements, policies, procedures, plans, program schedules, and other technical documentation. Maintain the delivery schedule and coordinate with program team members to provide input and communicate deadlines
(2) Documentation Formatting – Ensure program documentation adheres to internal standards, formatting requirements, and contract authorization. Ensure correct and complete markings on all documentation. Apply and track control numbers or other identifiers as required
(3) Data Handling and Transfer – Manage all communication (incoming and outgoing) with the customer, log and track messages, maintain folder structures, facilitate the transfer of data between different networks and systems, media burning, file scanning, and file uploading.
(4) Data Entry – Input data into configuration management tool systems, ensure complete and accurate records, facilitate the correction of any errors or missing data
(5) Other – Provide other functional support as assigned to assist the execution of various engineering and program management activities. Willing to work overtime and/or outside of normal business hours as needed to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Professional experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio
- Professional experience interpreting PDF documents and utilizing database systems
- Experience in using Configuration Management tools (Agile PLM, Confluence, Windchill or similar)
- Experience reading and interpreting Statements of Work and Data Item Description
- Experience in continuous process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma
