About the Role

New Horizons is looking for an Outpatient Lead who will play a vital role in coordinating outpatient operations, mentoring administrative staff, and transforming operational data into actionable insights. This position ensures a balance between compassionate service and efficient workflow — helping our team deliver outstanding care and support to every patient we serve.

As a Outpatient Support & Data Lead, you will:

  • Provide administrative direction, leadership, and supervisor of support staff.
  • Conduct Employee Performance Management Activities
  • Oversee all activities for the day-to-day operations of the office support functions
  • Prepare a wide variety of administrative reports and performs special projects as requested
  • Ensure and maintains the data integrity of the EHR system.
  • Oversee all scheduling reconciliation and works on client demographics.
  • Provide and performs back up in all support staff areas (i.e. front reception, intake, insurances etc.) as time permits or need demands.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Must be able to apply Therapeutic Effective Aggression Management (CPI/CARE) Techniques without limitations.
Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

  • An associate's degree or five years of experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is recommended
