Job description

Job Title: Intake Coordinator

Location: Hospital in Newport Beach, CA (100% Onsite)

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Department: Medical Office Support

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 8:30am-5:30pm

Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hr depending on experience

Duties: The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of a variety of data, including patient information, and billing and payroll information. Responds to referrals from a wide range of referral sources.

Education:

-High School diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years college preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

-Home Health: At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service, preferably in home health care preferred.
-Hospice: At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service, preferably in hospice preferred.
