Position Summary

We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our Dayton team!! The Intake Specialist is responsible for managing the initial client interaction and intake process. This role involves gathering detailed information, assessing client needs, and ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate services. The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact and plays a crucial role in facilitating a smooth and efficient intake process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction and Assessment:

    • Conduct initial interviews with clients to gather personal, medical, and social information.
    • Assess client needs, eligibility for services, and urgency of service requirements.
    • Provide information to clients about available services and programs.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Accurately document all client interactions, assessments, and relevant information in the organization's database.
