Job description

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension Job Description: Data Coordinator will support the Coating Department by collecting, organizing, entering, and maintaining production and operational data. This position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation to help support departmental performance tracking and decision-making. The role will work directly with the Coating Department leadership.

Responsibilities: Collect and compile production, quality, downtime, and operational data for the Coating Department. Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems accurately and in a timely manner Review source documents for completeness and accuracy Maintain organized electronic and/or paper records of department data Generate routine reports for department leadership Assist with tracking trends, metrics, and performance indicators Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify missing or inconsistent data Support special projects and data-related tasks as assigned Maintain confidentiality of department and company information Experience: Previous experience with data entry, administrative support, reporting, or manufacturing documentation preferred (1-3+ years). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data is preferred.
