We are Waste Harmonics Keter, your partner in handling complex waste operations. Growing steadily for nearly 25 years, we have become the choice provider for managed waste services by pairing high-touch, white-glove customer service with data-driven, tech-enabled programs. From developing proprietary monitoring technology to linking arms with other industry leaders to strengthen our operations, we have a storied history of doing what's needed to serve our customers well.

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized individuals to join our team in a temporary Data Entry role. This position is responsible for reviewing documents, accurately entering information into company systems, and supporting workflow management processes. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Review PDF documents and accurately enter data into company systems, including invoice numbers, invoice dates, due dates, and other relevant information.
  • Verify data accuracy and ensure information is entered correctly and consistently.
  • Monitor designated email inboxes and review incoming documents and requests.
  • Assign workflows and route items appropriately based on established processes and document details.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of assigned tasks.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues as needed.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
