We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily information processing for a Contract position based in Victor, New York. This opportunity is ideal for someone who works accurately with high volumes of data and is comfortable using computer systems to keep records organized and up to date. The role will contribute to efficient administrative operations within the waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry.
Responsibilities:
• Enter numeric and text-based information into company systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy
• Review source documents for completeness and correct formatting before inputting records
• Maintain organized electronic files and update existing records as new information becomes available
• Verify entered data by cross-checking entries against original documents and internal references
