Your responsibilities will include:
  • Entering and updating information in company databases, spreadsheets, billing systems, and other software
  • Reviewing information for accuracy and correcting errors or discrepancies
  • Verifying data using forms, scanned documents, PDFs, and other source documents
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical files
  • Assisting with billing, reporting, month-end activities, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and company information
  • Following company procedures for data accuracy, privacy, and security
  • Providing administrative support to the office and other departments as needed
  • Working with team members to ensure information is accurate and tasks are completed on time
