A established manufacturer of engineered storage products is hiring a Production Control Clerk to keep the shop floor running on schedule. This role sits at the center of work order flow โ€” translating production schedules into released work, tracking jobs from open to finished, and keeping system data clean enough that operations can trust it. If you know your way around an ERP/MRP system and like being the person who keeps production organized and on time, this is a stable seat with daily impact on whether orders ship when they should.

  • Anticipated $19/hour, based on experience
  • Full suite of benefits: Health/Dental/Vision, 401K w/match, PTO
  • Mondayโ€“Friday, flexible start time (~7:00 AM), 30โ€“60 min lunch by preference, 40 hours/wk. (may be some overtime available)

Overview

  • Release and distribute work orders so production runs to schedule without gaps
  • Keep work order, work-in-progress, and finished goods records accurate and current
  • Enter and maintain production data in an ERP/MRP system and Excel
  • Produce and distribute production reports leadership and the floor rely on
  • Support work order scheduling and task prioritization
  • Hold the line on company procedures and quality standards

Preferred Skills/Experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in supply chain or related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/MRP
  • 1โ€“3 years in manufacturing, production control, or inventory management
  • Proficiency in Excel (and Word, Outlook)
  • Accurate data entry under production deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with light lifting and PPE
