Cable Technician (Terminating Experience Required)

Location: Olyphant, PA


Job Overview

We are seeking Cable Technicians for a long-term project in the Olyphant, PA area. This role is ideal for candidates with strong cable termination and pulling experience who are looking for steady work with overtime opportunities.


Project Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, pull, and terminate low-voltage/data cabling
  • Route and secure cable throughout commercial job sites
  • Perform precise cable termination (RJ45, Cat5, Cat6, etc.)
  • Test, troubleshoot, and verify cable connections
  • Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements
  • Proven experience with cable termination
  • Experience with cable pulling in commercial environments
  • OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Lift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Familiarity with structured cabling systems
  • Ability to use hand tools and basic testing equipment
  • Reliable transportation to Olyphant, PA
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
