  • Developing Predictive Models: Utilize machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to forecast trends, predict customer behavior, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring Data Integrity and Governance: Maintain data quality and consistency by adhering to data governance standards and best practices. Design data models and build pipelines/structure which follow data governance standards and facilitate seamless, timely and fast reporting reducing time to insights.
  • Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short, mid-term and long-term strategy.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through analytics (problem framing, KPI definition, measurement, and stakeholder decision support).
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have experience with business performance analytics such as KPI hierarchies, variance analysis (plan vs. actual), cohort/funnel analysis, and forecasting.
  • You are proficient in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
