Cary, NC (Servicing Wake County & Surrounding Triangle Areas) Job Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal (1099 or Base + Commission Options)

Estimated Earnings: $500– $2,500+ / week (Uncapped Commission + Weekly Performance Bonuses)

Job Overview: We aren't looking for "appointment setters" or people to collect phone numbers. We are looking for high-energy Field Sales Representatives who want to run a direct door-to-door pitch, deliver straightforward base quotes on the spot, and close premium exterior home service/restoration packages directly with homeowners. If you have previous D2D experience in pest control, solar, roofing, or fiber—or if you have the drive and thick skin to pitch and win at the door—this role offers higher tickets and faster payouts with zero corporate fluff.

What You’ll Be Doing: Door-to-Door Canvassing: Knock target residential neighborhoods in Wake County (Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Holly Springs). Direct Pitching: Communicate our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) directly to homeowners in 60 seconds or less. On-the-Spot Base Quotes: Evaluate project scope visually using our dead-simple pricing grid and hand the homeowner an accurate base quote right at the door. Closing & Booking: Secure the job, collect initial booking commitments/deposits, and set the project date.

What We Provide: Plug-and-Play Pricing Grid: No complex math or drawn-out estimating software. You get a clear visual matrix so you can quote a job in under 2 minutes. Script & Pitch Training: Direct field training on handling common door objections and leading with value.

Fast Weekly Pay: Get paid on completed bookings without waiting months for long production cycles. Uncapped Upside: High commission per closed job + tiered weekly bonuses for volume.

Qualifications: Relentless Drive: Comfortable walking target neighborhoods and handling 20+ door rejections a day with a positive attitude.

Strong Communication: Ability to speak clearly, look sharp, and command trust on a porch within 10 seconds.

Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle to reach designated daily territories across Wake County. Smartphone: For logging completed quotes and tracking daily territory route maps.

Previous D2D / Direct Sales Experience: Preferred (Pest, Solar, Lawn Care, Security), but raw hustle and coachability beat experience every time.

How to Apply: Apply directly with your resume or a quick note detailing your previous field/sales experience.
