Position Overview

In this role, you are the tip of the spear. You will be canvassing targeted, pre-qualified neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and initiating the conversation about solar energy. You will educate homeowners on government incentives, zero-down financing options, and the long-term savings of going solar. This is a gritty, boots-on-the-ground, field-based sales role tailored for high-achievers who want to write their own paychecks and refuse to be capped by a traditional salary.

What You'll Do
  • Canvass Targeted Territories: Actively knock doors in strategically assigned, high-potential neighborhoods to generate leads and initiate energy consultations.
  • Prequalify Homeowners: Review current utility bills, assess roof viability, and determine if the home is a strong candidate for a solar installation.
  • Educate & Overcome Objections: Clearly explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, seamlessly navigating homeowner skepticism and objections at the door.
  • Set & Close Appointments: Secure dedicated sit-down appointments for comprehensive solar proposals, and guide the homeowner through the contract signing process.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage your sales pipeline from the first knock to the final installation.
