POSITION SUMMARY

The Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Cycle Counting: Perform scheduled and ad-hoc inventory counts to verify quantities and maintain data accuracy.

Discrepancy Research: Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged products.

Accurate Counting: Execute precise counts and recounts to resolve potential issues.

Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with supervisors to conduct thorough analyses of inventory discrepancies and report findings.

Labeling Compliance: Ensure proper identification and labeling of parts following the CLM labeling schematic.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and procurement teams to resolve inventory-related challenges, leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend actionable improvements.

Reporting: Generate and present reports on inventory accuracy and trends for management review.
