    The opportunity
    Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN is seeking an Inventory Control Cycle Counter to join its team. This position will be responsible for helping to maintain accurate inventory levels by continuously auditing materials and strategically creating acceptable carrying costs.
    How you'll make a difference
    • Perform cycle count on material per cycle count program.
    • Review counts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
    • Audit materials to maintain accurate inventory of materials.
    • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
    • Assist warehouse, production, engineering, customer service in locating material.
    • Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment.
    • Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, to maintain high level of inventory accuracy.
    • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
