Inventory Cycle Counter

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations through cycle counting, reporting, and inventory control activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems.
  • Verify incoming shipments and process inventory receipts.
  • Track inventory movements and ensure products are stored in correct warehouse locations.
  • Create, update, and email inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support order fulfillment by verifying inventory availability and resolving inventory issues.
  • Assist with barcode management, inventory scanning, and inventory audits.
  • Maintain organized inventory documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse inventory experience preferred.
  • Cycle counting experience required.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience creating and emailing reports required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Schedule & Pay:
1st shift 7 am-3:30 pm $17/hr-$18/hr + depending on exp. Monday- Friday
