Corin is looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team within Supply Chain!

Corin is a growing global orthopaedic innovation business, with a vision to revolutionize the field, by integrating advanced robotic and AI technologies (Apollo, OMNIBotics and OPS) for planning, implementation, and continuous learning with its unique combination of clinically proven hip and knee implants.

The key purpose of the Inventory Cycle Counter role entails monitoring inventory transactions and performing cycle counts to ensure all material is accurately reflecting systematic inventory counts. Resolve inventory issues by adjusting inventory counts maintained in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and driving accountability into the Warehouse Team.

The key responsibilities of the Inventory Cycle Counter

  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy in a distribution environment.
  • Perform daily cycle counts on all warehouse inventories and record results.
  • Compare the counts to the inventory values in the system, record differences, and investigate the root cause for corrective action.
  • Identify problems, recommend correction, and follow through on count resolution.
  • Publish weekly inventory accuracy reports based on findings.
  • Escalate systemic inventory issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Learn and assist in receiving, putting away, and picking processes to ensure best practices.
  • Additional warehouse duties as required.

The ideal Inventory Cycle Counter will have/be

  • 2+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse environment.
  • A strong working knowledge of inventory isolation and cycle count functions.
  • Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with computer-based warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter who works with the appropriate level of urgency.
  • The ability to work as part of a team but take ownership of individual tasks.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and a curious investigator.
  • Sense of ownership to improve the warehouse daily.
  • Work on your feet and be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping throughout the workday.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling and/or lifting 50+ pounds during the workday.

The base pay range for this position is $20-23 per hour. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
