D2G Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to join our Distribution Center team in Fall River, MA. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy throughout our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a auto picker daily, performing inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

What You'll Do
  • Operate an auto picker daily to access inventory locations and perform cycle counts throughout the warehouse

  • Conduct accurate inventory counts using RF scanners (PDA devices)

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements

  • Communicate inventory variances and concerns to leadership in a timely manner

  • Assist with replenishment, slotting, and order fulfillment as business needs require

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures and identify potential hazards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous forklift experience required

  • Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse experience preferred

  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment throughout the workday

  • Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
