Cycle Counter

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Cycle counter you will verify the count of quantities, descriptions of products and materials received, shipped, or moved throughout the facility.

The Nuts and Bolts

  • Scan receipts, issues to lines, returns, and bar code locations.
  • Verify the count of quantities, descriptions of products and materials received, shipped, or moved throughout the facility.
  • Investigate and Report Inventory Discrepancies
  • Follow up on all Min/Max Violations Reported
  • Adjust Inventory Records after Verification
  • Assist Materials Supervisor and Manager with maintaining PFEP
  • Lead / Train Teams for Annual Physical Inventory

Required Credentials

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Willing to work overtime and varied shift assignments as required including Saturdays when needed
  • Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Possess good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure (if applicable)
