The Opportunity

Ready to take the lead in a critical operation that keeps manufacturing moving? Hitachi Energy is seeking an Inventory Lead, 3rd Shift to oversee overnight inventory and material flow activities that support production success. In this role, you will lead a small team while ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your Background

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or materials management experience, including leadership or lead experience.

  • Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy processes.

  • Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification, with experience operating material handling equipment.

  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
