Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-impact visual representations of research data, including infographics, interactive dashboards, and workflows.

  • Plan and execute global research sessions, including customer interviews, surveys, and user testing to gather deep insights.

  • Craft compelling data-driven stories and visual narratives that highlight key patterns and trends for stakeholders.

  • Spearhead the exploration of interactive prototypes and AI applications to innovate research methods and UX design.

  • Partner with cross-functional Insights and Product teams to translate intricate findings into clear, actionable visual strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You have 5-8 years of experience in information design, research visualization, or UX design.

  • You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate research into customer-focused presentations and tools.

  • You are proficient in design and visualization software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Tableau.

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in UX, Graphic Design, Information Design, HCI, or a related field.

  • You are a natural storyteller with the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working within a dedicated research or insights-driven environment.

  • Proven ability to assist in high-level strategy development.

  • Proficiency in video editing or advanced interactive prototyping tools.
