Job description

JSG is seeking a CX Coordinator / CX Insights Support Analyst for a contract opportunity in Irvine, CA.

The CX Coordinator supports the CX team in maintaining reporting, organizing customer feedback, and coordinating research and insight development activities. This role focuses on data preparation, dashboard updates, and tracking customer signals to help the team monitor performance and identify potential experience gaps. Working closely with CX team members, this role contributes to day-to-day operations and ensures consistent, reliable data and reporting to support customer-driven decision making.

Customer Reporting & Data Support

  • Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports
  • Pull and organize CX performance data across journeys and channels
  • Track basic trends in customer feedback and satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Customer Feedback Coordination

  • Compile and organize customer feedback from multiple sources
  • Assist in tagging and categorizing themes (complaints, verbatims, surveys)
  • Support preparation of reports and summaries for the CX team
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs

Research & Project Support

  • Assist with survey setup, data pulls, and documentation
  • Support research logistics (timelines, tracking, vendor coordination)
  • Help summarize findings into basic outputs or templates

CX Monitoring & Administration

  • Track key CX metrics and maintain documentation
  • Support closed-loop tracking processes
  • Help identify obvious data anomalies or spikes

Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials
  • Support CX initiatives through data gathering and coordination

0โ€“2 years experience in analytics, business, or customer operations

Internship or academic experience acceptable

  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, basic analysis)
  • PowerPoint for basic reporting
  • Nice to have (not required): Tableau or visualization tools
  • Ability to organize and synthesize information (not deep analytics)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
