Position Summary
CVS Health's Supply Chain Systems & Technology team is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager responsible for leading the Change Management strategy and delivery of the training strategy, to play a pivotal role in the implementation and adoption of our next generation Warehouse Management System (WMS). This transformation will modernize warehouse operations across the CVS Health distribution network and serves as a cornerstone of our Supply Chain Strategy. This role will leverage a Change Management approach to the lifecycle of site conversion and continuous learning strategy. The WMS modernization initiative is critical to delivering on CVS Health's commitment to colleagues and customers by enhancing service levels, improving order accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency. This transformation is designed to support our colleagues through change adoption, engagement, and long-term retention. In this role you will develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, and facilitate the execution of the training strategy in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role will lead a team responsible for preparing distribution center colleagues to successfully adopt the new WMS, ensuring the distribution center is ready, capable, and confident throughout the transition.

You will partner with senior leaders, distribution center leadership and colleagues, WMS project implementation team, L&D team, Enterprise Change Enablement team and other various stakeholders across Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to select CVS Distribution Centers nationwide
  • 5+ Years of Proven leadership with Change Management experience the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
  • Demonstrated success building alignment and influencing diverse stakeholder groups at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
*Prosci Change Management Certification or relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
  • Effective presenter and project leader, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
