Location: Mesa, AZ
Camping World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join our growing Acquisition Operations Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our RV acquisition process by managing customer documentation, title workflows, and internal system updates. The ideal candidate combines administrative precision with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.

The Customer Care Team is a critical link between the customer and our dealership network-ensuring every acquisition is processed efficiently, accurately, and with care. What You'll Do
  • Support the acquisition process by managing documentation from initial customer contact through contract completion and funding.
  • Receive, scan, and upload contracts, titles, and supporting documents into internal systems (Salesforce, HappyFox, and related platforms).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Titles, Funding, and Dealership) to ensure each deal progresses accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to sellers by communicating status updates, clarifying paperwork requirements, and ensuring a smooth selling experience.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory documentation practices.

What You'll Need for the Role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation
This position offers a base hourly rate with the potential for performance-based incentives.
Compensation is determined by experience, skill set, and organizational needs.

$41,600- $45,760
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
