What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Customer Success professional, and why are they important?

To excel in Customer Success, you need strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management, often supported by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. These competencies are vital for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
