Description
TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Customer Success Associate based in our Denver HQ. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the liaison between the Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure that all client-related processes are running smoothly.
  • Perform various system administration functions within the Kharon application, including user setup and changes, help center updates, and usage monitoring.
  • Support the onboarding of Kharon as a vendor for its clients, including gathering critical information such as banking details, W-9s, legal names, billing addresses, and any other documentation required for setup.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather all required handoff information, ensuring a seamless transition to the post-sale customer journey.
  • Partner with the Security team to assist in handling periodic client risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support the Customer Success team as needed on customer deliverables and special projects.
  • Provide information on usage metrics at client and/or internal request.
  • Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP).

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in client services, customer success, or sales support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with sales teams and handling sensitive client information (e.g., banking details, legal documents) is preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with risk assessments and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM software, or other related tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Sales-forward AI agents or platforms is a must.
