As a customer success associate, your job duties may include answering inbound calls from clients, follow up with management about issues that have not been resolved, and in some positions, provide tech support over the phone. You often work with a team, such as the customer relations department. To become a customer success associate, you need a high school diploma and customer service experience, though some employers prefer candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
