About Ratio Clothing Ratio Clothing is a men's custom clothing retailer based in Denver, Colorado. We make premium men's custom shirts and suits, all made-in-the-USA for prices comparable to off-the-rack. Our shirts are sold online and through our Denver showroom in LoHi.

We've been featured in CNN, Esquire, The Wall St. Journal, 5280, The Denver Post and more. Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to split time between our retail showroom and our home office, both in LoHi.

Customer Experience Associates are responsible for working directly with customers to deliver the best possible custom clothing experience. You'll interact with customers through in-store fittings/consultations and email/phone for our online customers. While you're day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around the customer experience, you'll also work directly with our founder on a number of different projects that span all functional areas of the business.

We're a small, start-up operation, so you'll be exposed to all the intricacies of running an up-and-coming fashion/e-commerce business. We're growing quickly too, so you'll be able to grow with the business and potentially pursue additional opportunities within the company. Primary Responsibilities Respond and resolve inbound customer requests via email, phone calls, Twitter, and Facebook Process and review new orders and returns Communicate with the factory to ensure timely and correct delivery of items In-store customer fittings General retail shopkeeping Qualifications/Requirements Enthusiasm for fashion and apparel, particularly menswear Strong written communication skills Experience in retail and/or customer service are a plus Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with modern browser-based software (Google Apps, Desk.com, etc.) Compensation and Schedule Because the position splits time between the retail showroom and office, the daily schedule will depend on which location you're working in
