Outbound Customer Service / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team. This role combines customer interaction with essential administrative support, offering a great opportunity for growth within our company.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, gather feedback, or promote products/services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
  • Process orders and handle customer requests efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
