Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assocaite for a client within the Manufacturing industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join a collaborative manufacturing organization in Canton, MA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely order entry and follow-up.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding order status, pricing, product availability, and order expedites.
  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), credit requests, and maintain accurate customer account information.
  • Follow up on customer quotes and enter new customer information into the company system.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Applications Engineering, Purchasing, and Distribution teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support additional administrative projects and departmental initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service, order entry, or data entry experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process customer information.

Compensation: $20-$22 Hourly
