We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Technician to support our sales and production teams in a PCB manufacturing environment. Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via email and phoneAssist with order entry, updates, and tracking to ensure timely deliveryReview customer-provided documents for completeness and follow up if information is missingCommunicate order status, changes, and any issues to customers and internal teamsWork closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to support customer needsHelp resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and general customer concernsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates in internal systemsSupport the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and general account supportParticipate in team meetings and assist with ongoing process improvementsFollow company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in PCB manufacturing or electronics industry is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWe are an ITAR-compliant facility, and all employees must meet ITAR eligibility requirements.
