About the Job Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team! A customer service representative will act as a liaison and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Theyโ€™re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they donโ€™t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work at least 15 hours minimum per week
