Job description

Location: 100% onsite – Whitestown, IN (Receiving Department)

Express Scripts® Pharmacy, Evernorth’s home delivery pharmacy, is hiring Warehouse Associates for an inbound receiving role at our pharmacy fulfillment site in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you’ll support the front end of our supply chain, receive and unload shipments, verify inventory, inspect and stock products. Using handheld scanners and inventory management systems, you’ll maintain the accuracy and integrity of products that reach the patients we serve.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products to verify counts, quality, and accuracy against purchase orders
  • Safely unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse and pharmacy locations
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues as they occur
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
  • Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed
  • Operate equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, and dollies, and cutters
  • Use PDAs and computers to accurately enter, track, and retrieve inventory data
  • perform accurate data entry and inventory retrieval

Requirements:

  • 1+ years receiving experience required
  • Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the shop floor
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift, including bending, stooping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and repetitive hand motions
  • Able to read and distinguish small print
  • Working knowledge of Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) or experience preferred
